Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for the Vaelith Intelligence paid subscription. It supplements the Terms & Conditions and Subscription Agreement.
Subscription
Vaelith offers one paid subscription at $299 per month (or an optional annual plan disclosed at the time of purchase). The subscription automatically renews until You cancel.
Cancelling Your subscription
- You may cancel at any time from Your account dashboard, or by emailing vaelithsupport@gmail.com.
- Cancellation stops all future renewal charges.
- After cancelling, You will continue to have access to paid features through the end of Your current paid billing period, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Refunds
- Subscription fees are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly approved by the Company.
- Cancelling mid-period does not, by itself, entitle You to a prorated or partial refund for the remainder of the current billing period, unless required by applicable law.
- If We terminate Your subscription for reasons other than Your violation of the Terms, We will provide any refund required under applicable law for prepaid periods that remain unused.
Failed or duplicate charges
If You believe You were charged in error, charged more than once, or charged after a valid cancellation, contact Us at vaelithsupport@gmail.com and We will investigate and correct any error consistent with applicable law and Our payment processor's records.
Price changes
We may change the subscription price. Where required by law, We will notify You in advance and give You an opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund, cancellation, or cooling-off right You may have under the law of Your jurisdiction. Consumers in certain jurisdictions (for example, the EU/EEA and some U.S. states) may have additional statutory rights.
