Vaelith Intelligence, LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users and third parties to do the same. This policy describes how to report claims of copyright infringement relating to material available through the Vaelith Intelligence website (the "Service").

Third-party listing and media content

The Service may display vehicle, property, listing, photographic, and market information obtained from third-party data providers and sources. These materials remain subject to the rights and terms of their respective owners and providers. Vaelith does not claim ownership of third-party listings, photographs, specifications, or other third-party materials displayed through the Service.

Reporting alleged copyright infringement (DMCA notice)

If You believe that content available through the Service infringes a copyright You own or control, You may send a written notification to Our designated contact that includes:

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit Us to locate it (for example, the URL or listing reference);
Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address);
A statement that You have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in Your notice is accurate and that You are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-notification

If You believe material You submitted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, You may submit a counter-notification containing the information required by applicable law, including Your signature, identification of the material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that You have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and Your consent to the jurisdiction of an appropriate court.

Repeat infringers

Consistent with applicable law, Vaelith may, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
